Bridgemark Services are now a BPEC certified Domestic Ventilation Installer Since October 2010 the installation of domestic ventilation has been designated as ‘Notifiable Work’, requiring inspection and commissioning by a suitable qualified person. On all new build dwellings, a further requirement states that installation must be fully commissioned with airflows measured, recorded and provided to Building Control. We can design, install, test and commission all four systems System 1 Background ventilators and intermittent extract fans System 2 Passive stack ventilation (PSV) System 3 Continuous mechanical extract (MEV) System 4 Continuous mechanical supply and extract with heat recovery (MVHR) We can also offer a test and commissioning service if you prefer to fit the system yourself |
